Harts Barn Cookery School is all about cooking for all - all ages and skill levels are catered for, and we teach everything from banquets to basics! We provide a huge range of classes, workshops, supper clubs and events. All classes offer a hands-on element and focus on gaining practical skills and knowledge. Using both yeast and baking powder you will learn how to make a range of doughnuts and how finish them.Whether it's a sugar, jam, Strawberries and cream or millionaire shortbread finish.

Nick and Jo with a group of friends came together all the way from Sutton Coldfield to enjoy a cookery experience day…😊

They chose Japanese as their theme and cooked:
Gyozas 🥟
Yakatori chicken🍗
Japanese noodle bowl 🥣
Katsu curry 🍛

They then dined on their endeavours and took home any leftovers…

A great way to spend time together, have fun, learn a new cuisine and dine too..
