Been messing around trying to put together shots of the various hot dogs.

What you think, should I go with these.

I'm trying to give the customer a better idea of the product. In the UK a hotdog is anything from IKEA finest to these bad boys.

Boom!

Over the years I've learned when adapting trailers, electric and plumbing have to be bang on. After that, less is more.

I always want adaptability, a base for flexible cooking rather than being welded to a single menu. It allows a switch-up, variation and creativity.

I've been asked a lot recently about where you can easily get your hands on the new Serial Grilla products locally. I'm really pleased to announce, I've just dropped off our first delivery of the complete Serial Grilla range to the Fleet Hargate Farm Shop.

There's masses going on there at the moment after a change of ownership including the impending reopening of the massive farm cafe.
