Sorry, no service on Sunday 28th June as we’re going down to camp and queue for Wimbledon ground passes for the first Monday. If you like watching tennis and you’ve not done it before we highly recommend it! It’s so British - everyone queuing and making new friends from around the world. You won’t experience anything else like it. We’ll be ordering our own takeaway on Sunday evening delivered to the queue at Wimbledon park. I bet it won’t be as good as ours but the atmosphere will make up for everything.

Just posting to let you know that during March and April we will be closing for an extra day, Wednesday, in addition to Monday & Tuesday. We will review this at the end of April as to whether we make this a permanent change. We will also be closed Sunday 29th March and Sunday 5th April (Easter).
So, a reminder that we are usually open Thursday- Sunday 6pm - 9pm. We welcome text orders in advance and outside of opening hours. TBH texts are always welcome and our preferred way of communication. Ideally, if you are ordering on the night, texting your order and giving us an idea of time allows us to slot you into gaps when it’s not possible to just promise a time because we’re busy and sometimes your orders take 30 minutes to prep never mind cook! Dear lovely customers this year of our Thailand trip has been very fun and special. Starting with my first time university reunion in Sukhothai old Thailand capital after 40 years I have graduated. Then another reunion with the Technical College friends in Kao Yai first time again after nearly fifty years.

This year we used our family house in Ayutthaya which is not far from Bangkok as a base to go north and south. Then we flew down to Phuket and Krabi. We found Phuket is over cluster too many motorcycles riding with no rules on the road. In my plan Phuket suppose to be the best place for food of this trip, but the recommended restaurant we went to only gave me disappointment.

Then we stayed at Aow Maung 5 km outside Aow Nang, again 500 meters of beach and shop front avenue in Aow Nang was too busy, I’m not sure how good the water treatment systems from hundreds of hotels they are before they drain those water down to the sea. I actually smell the sewage when we walk in Aow Nang beach front. This place used to be my best seaside when our kids were young.
But from this year we are not going to come back here for a long time.
Then we have a week left and we went to Ko Samet on the east coast of Thailand we found here was the most relaxing place good beach front hotel, not too many people no cars on the road only local small buses. Only down is Samet food is very expensive but not good.
We found January is the best time to go to Thailand not too hot actually too cold in the north. So we are going to go to Thailand again in January’27.
