If there’s one thing I’m passionate about at Limas, it’s supporting fellow independent hospitality businesses. ❤️

This morning I popped into the newest addition to Long Eaton thehideawaysensory on their opening day, and what a brilliant first impression.

From the warm welcome to the beautiful décor, every detail has been thoughtfully done. It somehow manages to feel spacious yet cosy at the same time – the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind.

I grabbed a bite to eat and a drink, sat by the window watching the world go by (and keeping an eye on the town development 😜), and honestly, it was the perfect way to start the day.

Places like this are exactly what Long Eaton needs. A welcoming space for everyone – whether you’re catching up with friends, enjoying some quiet time, or simply treating yourself.

Supporting local isn’t just about shopping local; it’s about helping create a thriving town centre that we’re all proud of.

Roxanne Goodman, Paul Goodman and Jack out in Long Eaton, supporting local businesses during the high street redevelopment.

We are hearing that almost all high street businesses are seeing a significant drop in trade.

To be fair, walking along the high street today, it does seem that the contractors policy is take over as much of the project space as possible, whilst only working on small elements. I am convinced a more systematic phased approach would have been more welcoming.

Anyway, let’s all do what we can do to support our local high street, so that it is here for generations to continue to enjoy in whatever format it takes.

🎉 We’re Back Online! 💚

After what has been a very challenging couple of days, we’re delighted to say our new booking system is now LIVE! 🎉

A huge thank you to TheFork for getting us up and running so quickly, and an even bigger thank you to all of our amazing customers for your patience, understanding and support while we worked through the issues.

Despite losing access to our previous booking system, we’ve managed to recover what we believe is all upcoming bookings, so if you already had a reservation with us, everything should be in place.
