💚 MEET THE TEAM: JACK, KITCHEN TEAM 👨‍🍳

Jack has been part of our Limas family since Mother’s Day 2024, and it’s been brilliant to see how far he’s come!

With Ben’s training and support, Jack has grown in confidence and is now stepping up to run the kitchen himself. And last week, he really had the chance to shine…

Ben took a well-deserved break, leaving Jack to keep everything running. But let’s be honest, if you visited us last week, did you even notice Ben wasn’t there? 👀😂

That’s what a great mentor does, gives you the skills and confidence to step up when needed. According to Kenny, Jack absolutely nailed it! 🙌

That’s what being part of the Limas family is all about: learning from each other, building confidence and giving people the opportunity to grow. We’re incredibly proud of Jack and the hard work he’s put in 💚

💚 MEET THE TEAM: BEN - HEAD CHEF & MENU CREATOR 👨‍🍳

Next up, meet the man bringing the Limas menu and flavours to life, our Head Chef, Ben.

Ben is the creative mind behind the dishes you love, constantly bringing ideas to the kitchen and creating the food that makes a visit to Limas special 💚

As owner of Limas, Kenny is passionate about creating somewhere people love coming back to, whether that’s for the food, the cocktails, the atmosphere or, most importantly, the people.

☕ Hazelnut Espresso Martini – Frangelico, vodka, hazelnut syrup and fresh espresso
🫐 Blueberry Tequila Sour – blueberry purée, lemon and tequila
🍁 Maple Old Fashioned – bourbon, maple syrup, bitters and burnt orange
🍎 Spiced Apple & Cinnamon – spiced rum, amaretto, apple juice, cinnamon syrup and lime
