We have been incredibly lucky since opening Everwood Escape, with so many amazing reviews, but one part of this review really stood out to me — the mention of our very clean hot tub.
Before opening, I made the decision that the hot tubs could not be used on the morning of check-out, as this is when our cleaning process begins. I was worried about how guests might feel about this, but I wanted to offer the kind of stay that I would expect myself — and a freshly cleaned hot tub was right at the top of my list.
Every morning, each hot tub is completely drained, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water for our next guests. As someone with sensitive skin, I know how irritating chlorine and other chemicals can be, so I prefer not to rely on heavy chemical treatments. Instead, I dedicate a large part of every morning to cleaning and preparing the hottubs .
It is a lot of extra time and hard work behind the scenes, so it genuinely means so much to know that our guests notice and appreciate it. Thank you again for your wonderful words — reviews like this make all the hard work worthwhile. 🥰🌿
