HOAX × ARDBEG: A Limited-Edition Dining Experience

Smoke. Flavour. Craftsmanship.

This June, HOAX partners with Ardbeg () one of Islay’s most iconic whisky distilleries, for a month-long collaboration celebrating bold flavours, peat smoke, and exceptional pairings and the release of their limited edition Ardbeg DOLCE 🤤

Our chefs and bartenders have created a bespoke three-course tasting menu that showcases Ardbeg across both food and cocktails, with every dish and serve carefully designed to complement and contrast the distillery’s unmistakable character.

From a confit duck terrine paired with a smoky Paloma, to haggis ravioli matched with a bright and refreshing Green Isle, finishing with a white chocolate tartlet alongside the newly released Ardbeg Dolce, each course tells its own story while building a complete whisky-led dining experience.

Guests will also be among the first to experience Ardbeg Dolce, featured in an exclusive dessert pairing created specially for this collaboration.
