CHOCOLATE FOREST
On World Chocolate Day, a look at our iconic chocolate dessert, born from a dream: a forest made entirely of chocolate, monster chocolate mushrooms chasing through the trees, and anything remotely green denied the chance to grow.

Chocolate Does Grow on Trees: Valrhona chocolate fondant, sesame macaroon caps, hazelnuts, praline ice cream and chestnut paste. Rich, surreal, and unmistakably Kai Mayfair.
