Been a busy but beaut few weeks here :)

Chongqing chicken wings are back on for the first time in a while! Delicious summer creation of cold pickled mussels, doubanjiang, matchstick fries. Pandan soft serve in mango sago. Hopped on the cosmo bandwagon w a lil lychee twist :) had the pleasure of cooking next to our favourite DJ HAAi at the Serpentine, thanks {PAIRED} for hosting! A typically gorgeous creation from C R O C O 🌷spent a few days repainting the frontage, chuffed with it!! A few pics from a wonderful Sunday lunch spent in the kitchen with Sam and Sam Clarke at Moro, was so nice to be back! And finally, the Meatopia gang where we slung 700 portions of Macanese chicken 😅

Phewwww!! Roll on Xmas!!!! 😰

LUNAR NEW YEAR 2026
We will be rolling extra dumplings, tossing prosperity salad and hand pulling longevity noodles with a special menu for this years celebrations💫

A little spread from our January menu 🙂 wok’d long aubergine with Chinese chives and chilli's, beef shin soup with cat ear noodles, fermented green beans and garlic and chilli and a char siu pork chop with fermented cabbage and crackling 😅 This is the last week for our Jan menu before we move on to a New Year menu next week 🐍
