After a few days of 38°C, today’s 26°C is practically jacket weather! 😂

And what better way to mark the slightly cooler temperatures than with proper comfort food?

Treacle-glazed gammon, St Ewe’s egg & chips — sweet, savoury, crispy and absolutely delicious. 🍳🍟

Because when the temperature drops from blistering to merely very warm, it’s clearly time for gammon and chips! 😉
