One year ago today, we closed the doors of The Rosemary.

Time has passed, but the memories remain just as vivid.

For so many years, The Rosemary was more than a restaurant. It was a place where friendships began, families celebrated, artists met, ideas were shared, and countless glasses were raised together.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who walked through our doors—our guests, friends, suppliers, neighbours and the incredible team who made it all possible.

Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness and for allowing us to be part of your lives.

Although The Rosemary has become a beautiful chapter in our story, its spirit continues through everything we create today.

From the bottom of our hearts—thank you. ❤️

Every plate, bowl and serving piece begins with a lump of clay—and every trimming gets a second life.

Because many of our pieces are partially glazed, every foot ring and every detail is carefully trimmed by hand. That process creates a surprising amount of clay waste.

But in our studio, nothing is wasted.

We collect every trimming, dry it, crush it, rehydrate it and reclaim it back into fresh clay, ready to become the next generation of handmade ceramics.

It’s a slow process, but it’s part of our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability and respect for the material we work with every day.

Proud to create thoughtful tableware for Angelina where every detail matters, from the kitchen to the clay.

London is definitely turning up the heat! ☀️

With temperatures soaring outside and our kilns running almost continuously, the studio is sitting at around 40°C – perfect conditions for drying porcelain.

These pieces are now waiting for their final firing before heading to Angelina.

Every shelf is another step closer to the finished collection.

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of meeting so many former Rosemary guests during the Thames-Side Studios Open Studios event.

To be honest, it was incredibly moving to see how many of you still wanted to know what we are doing and where our journey has taken us. ❤️

Although The Rosemary has closed its doors, our story has not ended. Over the past months, we have been focusing all our energy on ceramics, our new studios, and several exciting projects in both London and Hungary.

If you would like to see what we are working on, follow the making of the plates and bowls now used in some of London’s favourite restaurants, or simply stay connected with the next chapter of our journey, we’d love to welcome you to our ceramic pages:

The coming months will bring some very exciting developments, with projects that bring together ceramics, design, hospitality and community in new and unexpected ways.

We hope you’ll join us for the journey ahead.
