I had the best time cooking up a storm with last Sunday, where we made some delicious Rice and Peas with Curry goat, Herby corn and a Sunrise cooler drink👩🏾‍🍳😍💯.
Thank you so much for having me deliver the session at your university🥰.

It was such a chilled and awesome experience to simply unwind with some relaxing music & scented candles whilst we chatted, cooked and ate together in one space.
We learnt about our rich and beautiful cultures as black people through food and enjoyed bonding over a nice plate of a home cooked meal.

~

It's Friday and we're super excited to spot light another female food creative doing it up big in the world of Food and Drink😎.

Jane is a force to be reckoned with as she takes the free-from market by storm with her luxury and delicious Ice creams 😍.

We asked Jane what she loved the most about making ice cream and building her business.
Her response, "The sense of fulfillment I get from paying it forward by providing young people with opportunities my company brings. Increasing representation in the F&B industry is so important to me and I'm proud to be able to do it through Mama Dolce"

We couldn’t shout out black female food creatives without shouting out one of our faves, Omodele from .kitchen 😍.

Aside her beautiful character and personality which is golden, Omodele is an excellent cook and caterer that specialises in Nigerian delicacies catering to her clients across the UK.

We asked .kitchen what she loved the most about what she does and her response “I love being able to try out new recipes and I love when I bring joy and a nostalgic feeling to my customers through the food I cook, especially my smokey Naija Jollof Rice”

~Mine was my house special Barjerk chicken with my special puff puff and boy oh boy - it was an EXPERIENCE 😍. The spicyness of the chicken paired with the sweetness of the puffpuff was pure vibes not gonna lie 😋.
