Our first bar. A place that continues to shape who we are. Surrounded by the history, creativity and character of King’s Road, this is where the Hagen story began.

Hagen Termini Padddington, where our machine became architecture.

Inspired by the iconic Victoria Arduino wall machine of 1922, we reimagined espresso service through a custom Modbar integration, allowing the space itself to take centre stage.

Grand Victorian homes. Leafy garden squares. And, the Danish Embassy designed by Arne Jacobsen and just a stone’s throw away from Hagen Knightsbridge. A tribute to Room 606 designed by the same Danish architect.

Set beside Frankendael Park, this bar brings together considered design, quality coffee and the slower rhythms of the Danish kaffe experience.

Home to our Guest Baker Series, the space has become part of the neighbourhood’s daily rhythm.

Meet our Summer Cold Brew.

A seasonal release sourced from the high-altitude hills of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.

These heirloom beans are grown by Biniyam Aklilu and a community of small farmers in Gerse Kebele — hand-picked, sun-dried, and carefully sorted for a cup that’s bright with sweet tasting notes of strawberry and peach.

Available in all bars.

We think it’s a tradition worth adopting.

Meet the butter cookies — the best in the world (another bold statement from yours truly). Small-batch, Scandinavian-made, nearly impossible to find outside Denmark.

We’re one of the few places in the world that carry them.
