From 2nd–7th June, Chef Win joins us in London for a special week at Khao Sō-i.

Inspired by the flavours of Northern Thailand and the way summer is enjoyed there, the week will mark the launch of our new Summer Menu, available at dinner.

Featuring seasonal dishes, fresh aromatics, and a closer look at the cooking behind Khao Sō-i.

Our Signature Nuea Nong Lai & Bai Pye Khao Soi.

Braised beef shank and torch-seared chuck eye, served with handmade egg noodles in our rich Northern Thai curry broth made with 32 spices.

Deep, aromatic and comforting, finished with crispy noodles for texture in every bite. A rich bowl that brings together two cuts of beef in true Khao Sō-i style.
