After seeing a strong interest from people our age we decided to take it one step further. This support was important to us as the generations before us have been cooking from a younger age, however, our generation has been drawn to quicker convenience meals, so this is what we aim to change. As we both have an affiliation with Mediterranean countries, using high quality food products was just the
norm, as it was fairly priced. Unfortunately, outside of these Mediterranean countries its far too common to see overpriced Mediterranean goods with a real lack of quality. Using our contacts in the area, and our knowledge of the food and culture, we were able to hand-pick small scale suppliers in order to provide our customers with the highest quality products at a fair price. In-line with our holistic view of cooking, we have also dedicated a lot of time to developing delicious and vibrant recipes, ‘how to’ videos, and lots of cooking tips and techniques which are easy to follow and do.
