We are excited to celebrate Polish Fat Thursday with authentic traditional Pączki (doughnuts) again!

’Tłusty czwartek’ or fat Thursday is a much loved and a very tasty tradition marking end of carnival and beginning of lent.

It is traditionally the last day before lent to indulge and consume all sorts of sweet treats, specifically doughnuts!

Polish pączki are deep fried, filled, yeast based doughnuts, rich and delicious.
