How we make our BBQ beef tacos (Carne Asada) 🥩 🔥

A few of our tricks:
👉 Using a tender and flavoursome cut, such as Onglet
👉 Using a marinade that contains acid to tenderise the meat
👉 Searing first on a high heat, and then moving to a higher part of the BBQ to cook slowly all the way through, whilst becoming infused with the smokey flavour

Let’s just say getting 4689 checks through at the same time in a near 50 degree kitchen isn’t the most pleasant experience x

We were going to try to film this trend and make it more about the funny parts of Peckham - but it was about 50 degrees, I (Amy, social media manager) couldn’t walk in my flip flops because I was sweating so much, and it all got a bit overwhelming... so we ditched half way through 🥵

However I think Frank did such a good job of lip syncing to a song he didn’t know (that I was singing to him before each take) that it deserved to still see the light of day somehow 🌞 sooo I have tried to make it more of a ‘how to find us’ reel (hence the sort of random clips at the end) 🤣

Don’t worry - a more detailed, down to business ‘how to find us’ is on the way 👀

In the meantime, enjoy our masterpiece 🤌

Why are they the best in London you ask?

Well... you can tell a proper spicy marg has been made when they look that green and thick - ours are made daily by blending up all fresh ingredients, so fresh you can smell the coriander before you even taste them 👅 🍋‍🟩
