A toast to our first year at Locatelli 🥂

On Sunday 10th May, guests dining with us will receive a complimentary glass of the exceptional Ca’ del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Edizione 45 Franciacorta.

Crafted in the heart of Franciacorta using the traditional method, Edizione 45 is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco, aged on the lees for over two years to create its signature elegance, fine mousse and notes of citrus, brioche and delicate pastry. Produced by one of Italy’s most celebrated wineries, Ca’ del Bosco is renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship, including its iconic “berry spa” grape cleansing method and low-sulphite winemaking process.

As one of the few restaurants in London with exclusive access to this edition, we’re proud to share it with you as part of our birthday celebrations in the heart of Trafalgar Square.
