At the heart of the Lebanese meal, there is bread, so it’s no wonder that when it comes to mastery of the baker’s oven, the Lebanese have a magical touch. At Maroush Bakehouse, traditional Lebanese Khobez (Lebanese flat breads) and savoury and sweet pastries are expertly created and served to eat in or take away, alongside fabulous Lebanese mezza, soups, salads, grills, stews and desserts. You can even watch the Khobez being mixed and baked whilst you eat, through the huge glass bakery window at the back of the restaurant.
