We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable Team Leader to join our team at The Elbow Room! 🍻

If you’re a natural leader who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment and knows how to keep a team motivated, we’d love to hear from you.

⭐ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Someone who can motivate and support a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible and professional
• Confident making decisions and taking charge when needed
• A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
• Full-time availability, including weekends, is essential
• Flexibility to work evenings and busy periods
• Hospitality/bar experience is preferred

🍻 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll play a key role in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting the team, delivering great customer service and helping create the atmosphere The Elbow Room is known for.

After a long three weeks the new and improved elbow room is up and running 💥

Wether you want a quiet pint, a games night in our new board games nook, or a great night out with friends, we can do it all with our amazing new interior🎲🃏
Ps we’ve got a brand new sound system so Friday nights just got even better 🎤🎙️
