We are hiring new staff to join our charming and exciting Vietnamese Cafe team in Bermondsey Street SE1. Please contact us and send in your CV.

Caphe House first established in 2008, we as a renowned Vietnamese restaurant offer a real Passion for Coffee and Phở. We work hard to produce great tasting food, beverages and provide great customer service. This is why queues form outside of the door and customers coming back every day. We work efficiently to reduce order waiting time and aim to have freshly made food and beverages ready in the shortest possible time.

What we need from you:

• To be able to maintain consistently exceptional levels of cleanliness.

Duties:

• We need a responsible person to prepare food and drinks in a fast paced establishment,
• Be able to deliver completed orders from the kitchen to guests.
• Can communicate with the chef any requests from guests.
• Clean tables and surrounding areas after a restaurant guest leaves.
• Adhere to sanitization and other cleaning standards, collect a guest's plates, cups and utensils from their table and give bring to the dishwash station and reset the table for the next guest.
• Support the front of house with appropriate mise en place before, during and after service, ensuring stations are stocked up.
• Keep back of house area clean and tidy, making sure it is functional at all times
throughout service.
• After service responsible for thoroughly cleaning plates, utensils, glassware, kitchen cookware and other tableware, making sure cleaning these items according to the
restaurant's standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and clear of garbage and hazardous clutter.
• Assist in keeping the guest washrooms tidy, replacing toilet rolls and replenishing
fresh hand towels.
• Reset the kitchen for the next day.
