We’ve roasted something special exclusively for London Coffee Festival 🍉🍊🍒

Introducing two fruity ferments: Watermelon Fizz and Cherry Sours. Both Colombian single origins, these are two distinctive coffees co-fermented with watermelon and red tea. Expect punchy flavours that deliver on the signature funk of a co-ferment brew.

Want to try it for yourself? Come visit us at London Coffee Festival at stand RW06 in La Marzocco’s Roastery village, where we’ll be Thursday - Sunday.

THE KING’S AWARD FOR ENTERPRISE 🏆

We’re proud to share that Redemption Roasters has received a King’s Award for Enterprise, recognising our work in promoting opportunity through social mobility.
For the past 10 years, we’ve been working to reduce reoffending through coffee, employing prison residents and training prison leavers and those at risk of offending.

That work is having a real impact. In 2025, we saw 0% known reoffending among employed Participants, compared to a national average of 38%, and today over a third of our shop team are Participants.

We’re incredibly proud of this recognition and excited to keep building what comes next.
