Marking the Easter season, join JUMA and friends for a series exploring the culinary traditions of Middle Eastern Christian communities - spanning Armenian, Assyrian, Chaldean, Mandean and Coptic heritage.

The series opens with Chef Anais, representing the Armenian community from Lebanon.

Week 4 // Menu 4 complete ✅ Ending the Ramadan Nights series on a high! 🙏🏼🥳

So many highlights from this menu but a lot of love and attention went towards that Muhammara🌶️ I learnt it from the OG’s (who are currently going through a 3 month refurb. Be sure to check them out when they reopen!!) Such an incredible dish which has a lot of ingredients. It’s the texture and depth of flavour that sets it apart from any other Muhammara out there! 🥇 And of course, THAT lamb main course. Spring on a plate - check the previous reel to relive it 😍🫠🤤

This was an unforgettable month for me! Thank you to everyone who came for the 4 week series. I couldn’t be prouder of what we produced food wise - but also what was created on a non-tangible level - the FEELING people have when they walk in to any JUMA event is the most important thing for me and I hope we delivered 🏠

I can’t wait to announce the next projects I have cooking. Stay tuned ❤️
