Dark Habit Lives On!

Dear friends,

It’s with both excitement and a touch of nostalgia that I write to you today.

Since 2015, you’ve been a part of this wonderful community, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support, love, and shared moments that have filled our days.

As some of you might already know, we’ve embarked on a new chapter. I recently sold our beloved brand, but our spirit lives on through the hands of a passionate new owner, Neaz.

Neaz .connections is a coffee enthusiast who has spent the last 10 years immersed in the world of coffee, from making coffee to visiting coffee origins. He is thrilled to take the helm of this wonderful establishment and continue the legacy that we’ve built together.

Thierry Glantenay is a star producer in the Côtes de Beaune. He is located above the village of Volnay. Taking care of old vine parcels in Volnay, Pommard, and Puligny-Montrachet.

This meticulously crafted pinot noir from Burgundy has a lot to offer. Vibrant and structured fruit,
medium body and 6 years of bottle age is a real treat. Perfectly overdelivering.
Integrated tannin, supple oak and the age starts to add to an already complex wine.
Expect notes of redcurrant, red plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, vanilla, cloves, cedar, dried blackberry, forest floor, savoury, mushroom to***co.

The wine is vegan, ambient yeast fermentation, no herbicide or fungicide in the vineyard.

Boroli Barolo Classico DOCG 2015, Piedmont, Italy ( )

This Medium to full body 100% Nebbiolo Boroli Barolo Classico DOCG 2015 blends 6 vineyards located in the territory of Castiglione Falletto, half of which are single-vineyards.

Expect fresh wild berries, red cherry, strawberry, cedar, hazelnut and sweet liquorice.
Fine velvety tannins make this wine the classic expression of Barolo from a superb vintage.

The aim of the winemaker was to make extraordinarily clean and approachable Barolo. And the have definitely succeeded. It is very precise and focused.
Great efforts are taken in the vineyards, including carefully controlling densities, organic fertilisation, turfing and green harvesting.

A well developed chardonnay with 8 years of age and all the winemaking techniques including oak, malolactic fermentation, and lees are showing in the flavour profile
