🦀 Soft shell crab with caviar, Tellicherry pepper, and chickpeas.

🐚 Scallops with puffed rice, mustard, and burnt tomato.

🍤 Wild prawns in coconut and curry leaf.

🐟 Sea bass pan-seared with coconut and fresh greens.

Scallops with puffed rice and burnt tomato. Venison samosa with garlic chips. Tandoori morel with wild mushroom truffle korma.

White chocolate mousse with coconut sorbet, yuzu jelly & chocolate soil. Available this Valentine’s only.

Two forks highly recommended.

Five courses. Wines from Champagne to Bordeaux.

The Signature: Scallops with puffed rice and burnt tomato. Lobster with caviar. Venison samosa. Lamb rump with artichoke and chilli oil. White chocolate with strawberry and yuzu.

The Vegetarian: Dahi kebab with beetroot. Courgette paneer. Tandoori morels with truffle. Aloo pyaaz kadhi. White chocolate strawberry.

Both menus: £80 per person. Wine pairing: £55.
