We were thinking about jumping on this 2016 trend… then we realised Napoli on the Road was actually born in January 2016 🫢 So full circle. 10 years!

Michele founded Napoli on the Road 10 years ago, making pizza on an Ape car outside office buildings, at farmers’ markets, and small events. At the beginning, it was really hard. That was the very first step in helping people discover our style of pizza. Ten years ago, in London, this kind of pizza was something completely different; it simply didn’t exist yet. Slowly, step by step, people started to get it… And today, looking back, it’s impossible not to feel emotional and proud.

Foglie e patate is a traditional dish from Cilento (an area in Campania, southern Italy), made of tender greens and mashed potatoes, sautéed with garlic, chilly, and olive oil.
