Join us on Wednesday 31st October for our next "Run for Beer". Meet at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start. We will run a scenic 4 mile/6km route along the river before enjoying a beer or two at The Running Works/Secret Frog Coffee Shop!

On this occasion country musicians, The Wild East, will be playing when we return to store. With Charlie Knowles (who some of you may recognise from track) on vocals and acoustic guitar, Frank Cooke on lap steel guitar and Andy Biggs on piano and backing vocals, the group perform songs from a range of styles including Nashville classics, early Rockabilly, Western Swing and the Bakersfield sound. Their set features covers by many artists including Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Bob Wills and Johnny Cash, along with some original material.
