Another Australian Open comes to an end, marking our third consecutive year as partners of the tournament.
Three years of hard work, long days and great moments, with one clear priority throughout: taking care of the players and their teams, every single day.

A heartfelt thank you to for the trust and continued partnership.

Two unforgettable weeks in one of the most fascinating cities in the world ,Shanghai 🇨🇳

Our first adventure in Asia with Cambio de Tercio x Down the Line has been intense, exciting and full of learning.
Bringing our Spanish flavours to the the most important tennis tournament in Asia, has been a real privilege.

We’ve had the chance to cook for players, ATP staff, and friends from all around the world and to work side by side with the talented chefs of the Portman Ritz-Carlton, learning and sharing every day.

A big thank you to Michael and Charles for trusting us and inviting us to be part of this incredible experience.
And of course, to our fantastic team ,both the one that travelled to China and those back in London for their effort, passion and dedication.

Shanghai has been unforgettable… we’ll be back soon.

✨ San Francisco • Laver Cup 2025 ✨

This past week has been an incredible journey for us at Cambio de Tercio x Down the Line.
After months of preparation, we completed an intense and unforgettable week at the in San Francisco, leading the culinary experience for the VIP areas and especially the Rocket Club, the most exclusive lounge of the event.

Back in February, my friend Tony Godsick called with a proposal: to become “Culinary Advisors” to the Laver Cup 2025, designing and coordinating the dining concepts for all VIP spaces at the Chase Center. After two visits earlier this year to San Francisco to study the facilities, we accepted this challenge with pride and immense excitement.

Together with part of our London team of chefs, we worked with passion to deliver a unique Spanish touch to the culinary journey of this amazing tournament.

We also had the pleasure of sharing our food with some truly inspiring guests ,from , to , & all the tennis players

🙏 A heartfelt thank you to Tony Godsick, Steve Zacks (CEO of the Laver Cup), Merry (Director of VIP), and of course for trusting us and making us part of this extraordinary project.

It has been a privilege to bring our vision from London to San Francisco, and to be part of such an iconic tennis event.
We are proud, grateful and inspired for what’s next.
