Let’s talk pasta! Did you know that the secret to our incredible fresh pasta lies in the quality of our ingredients? We source our semolina flour straight from traditional mills in Southern Italy, which means it’s super fresh and packed with flavour 🍝

Every morning our chefs mix it with water and a sprinkle of salt to create the perfect dough. After that, it’s kneaded, rolled and shaped to perfection!
