The Grande Dame of Old Compton Street, built on the site of the 200-year-old Swiss Hotel,
Compton's has been at the epicentre of the gay scene since 1986. A welcoming beacon through the tough times of the late 80s and 90s, Compton's became famous for the throngs of gay men drinking on the street outside the venue. Now one of London’s most-celebrated LGBTQIA+ venues, Compton's remains the steadfast heart of gay Soho and will be standing proud for many years to come.

Bear Pride starts TONIGHT, and Alex Eugenio has done it again… kicking off the weekend with a big, bold and beautifully furry ballroom-style party at Comptons! ✨

Here’s how you get from your first song to the BIG FINAL…

🎤 THE VENUE HEATS
Each venue will host around 4 fabulous heats, with performers taking to the stage and battling it out for their place in the next round.
At the end of every heat, one winner will be chosen to sashay straight through to their venue’s GRAND VENUE FINAL! 🌟

👑 THE VENUE FINAL
All your heat winners return for one final showdown. One performer will take the venue crown — and earn their place in the BIG FINAL!

🏆 THE BIG FINAL
This is it. The venue winners go head-to-head at The Two Brewers, Clapham, on Tuesday 24th November, for one final night of vocals, personality and pure WERK energy.
One performer. One crown. One overall winner. 👑🎉

TODAY, Sean, David, Angel and Deirdre are joining 13 other LGBTQIA+ venues for the 7.5k RAINBOW WALK.

Raising money for the wonderful CALM charity. It's all happening today!

Starting at Retro Bar and finishing at Two Brewers, it’s going to be a glorious celebration of our community — all while raising some much-needed money for the fabulous Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). 💙
