An Update on Dinner at SK

We are incredibly proud of everything we achieved with Dinner at SK, and we want to sincerely thank all our amazing guests for their support, enthusiasm, and wonderful feedback over the past months.

While we loved bringing Dinner at SK to life, it sadly didn’t gain the momentum we had hoped for. So we have decided to rest it for now and reevaluate our evening offering in Chiswick. But rest assured that a new & exciting version of Dinner in Chiswick will be back very soon!

In the meantime, follow us on and sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about what’s coming next.

We’re excited to invite you to join us for British Beef Week (23–30 April) across all of Sam’s Restaurants.

Each of our restaurants is getting involved: 

Sam’s Riverside, Hammersmith – There will be a variety of delicious offers from Head Chef Karol Mielczarek for guests to try. Go for the mid-week set menu and enjoy slow cooked ox cheek bourguignon with horseradish mash from 22-25 April. 

And for steak lovers, there will be a Hereford aged Tomahawk sharing steak (1.1kg - 1.5kg) with chips and Bearnaise, and Hereford aged fillet steak with chips and classic peppercorn sauce, available 23-29 April. 

Sam’s Kitchen, Hammersmith – Smash & Grab will be offering an elevated British Beef Week smash burger from Thursday to Saturday - a bacon cheeseburger with decadent beef brisket bacon. Guests can enjoy this indulgent offering alongside the house fries or chorizo fries and of course, a frozen margarita. 

Sam’s Kitchen, Chiswick - On offer will be Hereford aged Bavette steak, harissa aioli and roasted onion & rocket all week long. Visitors in the evening can enjoy a Dinner at SK British Beef Week special from Thursday to Saturday, masterminded by Head Chef Abbie Hendren; think treacle cured rump cap, ox cheek, BBQ onion, sarladaise potatoes and sprouting broccoli. 

Sam’s Waterside, Brentford - We’ve added oxtail croquettes with onion ketchup to our midweek set, available 22-25 April. Guests can also enjoy the finest quality Hereford steaks at different price points to suit different budgets, including a sirloin on the bone, rump and fillet from 23-29 April. 

Plus on enjoy our classic Roast with the very finest dry aged sirloin with all the trimmings - available at both Riverside & Waterside on the Sunday.

It’s a chance to discover something new, support local producers, and enjoy incredible British beef – from top to tail.

The Burns Night Supper menu celebrates the finest flavours of Scotland.

Start with Partan Bree or Tattie Soup with homemade Scottish morning rolls.

For main course, choose Saddle of Venison with Rumbledethumps, Haggis Bridie, Queen Kale, and Sloe Jus, or savour Haggis Bridie with Heather Honey-Glazed Neeps.

A Christmas Tasting with Ellis Wines

On Thursday 12th December, Sam is hosting an evening with one of his great friends - Charlie Boyd of Ellis Wines.

Charlie is one of the most knowledgeable wine merchants we know, and together with Sam they have picked some of their most favourite wines to enjoy during the Festive season.

Abbie has again created a delicious menu, while Charlie and Sam have paired wines with each of the dishes.

We hope they will give you some inspiration and ideas to enjoy this Christmas.
