After too many months since the last one, we are so excited to announce our next sixty:2 @ Home supper club on Friday 27th August.

Boasting a seasonal menu featuring balsamic beetroot tartare, whipped artichoke and crispy aubergine with Mediterranean mountain herbs, this isn’t one to miss!

These intimate evenings with up to 10 guests are the perfect environment to have fun, relax, enjoy beautiful food and have really important conversations around the sustainability of what we eat.

We have some exciting news! COVID might have put some of our plans on ice for a bit, but we’re not letting that stop us. We’re taking it back to the early days of the Supper Club, the real days of puertas cerradas, and inviting you to come and feast at home. Small, intimate gatherings of a COVID-friendly 8-10 people, you get the VIP treatment.

First instalment coming on 25th September. First-come first-served, so grab your friends and book now, this will sell out quickly. Message us to book in.

Not to give away too many surprises, but the menu will be featuring this beauty to celebrate the coming of autumn, and we may or may not be whipping up some hazelnut aioli, hasselback potatoes and caramelised sage to go with it. You heard it here first.

Another of our summer favourites is artichoke. It can look a bit intimidating to start with, and be a bit fiddly to eat, but my goodness is the flavour worth the effort! We first showcased this invention at our Spring/Summer supper club series in 2018, to spectacular reviews. This is a miraculous incarnation of artichoke in which we do all the fiddly bits and you get to enjoy that rich, mellow, earthy flavour unobstructed, PLUS, with the added decadence of butter melting slowly into freshly-baked bread. We bring you: Artichoke Butter. Oozing here into a fresh loaf of our broad bean focaccia (which is also a treat), this is artichoke at its best.

We know we might look a bit slow off the mark on asparagus season, but we've certainly been making the most of it offline. This might just be our favourite new asparagus dish: Charred porcini-infused asparagus, black garlic & balsamic aioli, popped buckwheat. Simple. Summery. Sumptuous.

Both sides of the world 🌎 The Italian Dolomites on Boxing Day 2019, and the first sunrise of 2020 on Byron Bay, Australia. Our Earth is filled with so much beauty, so much life, so much power, so many cycles, so many contradictions, so many mysteries and miracles. She IS our life source. Without her, we do not exist. Let’s all vow to protect her, protect generations to come, and be better citizens. With intention, attention and determination, we can make this global slow-down a pivot point in our relationship with the Earth. Let’s be the generation our descendants will look back on and say “they saved the Earth”. Happy Earth Day 🌍💚

Happy birthday to us 🎈🥳! On this day three years ago (21/4/17), sixty:2 held its very first supper club. It was a night of high emotions and intense learning: we oversold our tickets, didn't prep enough, served pudding at midnight, and were up until 5am cleaning up. Looking back on that night, we feel so proud of how much we have evolved and achieved since then. It would have been hard to believe back then, on that evening, that we would now be fundraising for a bricks-and-mortar site. With these musings comes a wealth of gratitude to everyone who has lent their trust, money, time and support to us over the last three years. One of the strongest facets of the sixty:2 ethos is community, and we really have a great one. Thank you to every one of you who has come to a supper club, liked a post, followed us, told a friend about us... You all make the hard work worth it, and we do it for you.

So, happy birthday to us, and here's to you. 🥂

Want to go outside and enjoy the sunshine? Us too 😏. While we’re stuck inside, morale can get pretty low – we know the feeling and we’re with you. One great way to keep yourself feeling bright is to invest in your food; spending time and energy on crafting a beautiful, tasty dish will make you feel SO much better than that 8th pasta meal in a row, trust us (100% not hating on pasta, we are massive pasta lovers over here!). To show you what we mean, here is our gorgeous, sunny Marsala-poached cherries with meringue, lime crème fraîche, and greengage gel. The joy of eating this came half from how damn delicious it was, and half from the care and effort we had put into making it. A treat well deserved!
