It's more than just smoked salmon...

For our General Manager, Gavin, it represents more than a dish. It's a celebration of hospitality, of craftsmanship and about creating those memorable moments that turn a meal into an experience.

Prepared tableside and served with care, our smoked salmon trolley has become a signature part of dining at Constance.
