Happy 2nd anniversary to us 🎂
We realised we’ve never really introduced ourselves properly here. Snoozzze is run by the two of us, Lilian and Aaron. For a long time, we were quite happy to let the coffee, cakes and everything on the counter speak for us. But two years feels like a good time to finally say hello.
Over time, we’ve brought more and more things in house. A lot of what you see now came from ideas we already had, then testing, changing things and trying again until they felt right.
We’re very lucky to have a small team who care about Snoozzze and what we do. We also have a lot of people around us who have helped along the way. Friends, suppliers, collaborators, regulars, and everyone who has brought someone in or told someone about us.
Snoozzze is still very much the two of us. We’re business partners and café owners, but also husband and wife, parents, and usually doing several jobs at once.
We’ve never wanted to rush things. We’d rather take our time, learn as we go and build something that feels right for us. It can be slow, but we hope it can also be steady, and something we’ll still be proud to be doing many years from now.
