Always learning along this business journey of mine!

So, what did my partnership with teach me? That I can apparently cook for a small army single-handedly. Give me one reliable person by my side, a big kitchen, the right equipment, and plenty of enthusiasm, and together we can move mountains (or at least feed the people climbing them!).

I’ve completed 3 festivals with Notable in the South of France, and they were some of the most challenging—and rewarding—experiences I’ve had. Feeding roughly the same crowd for four consecutive days sounds simple until you need to keep the menu fresh, be ready on time, and suddenly discover the guest count has doubled with almost no warning!

These experiences taught me the art of staying calm when things get hectic and embracing the unexpected with a smile. Most importantly, they reminded me that loving what you do makes all the difference. Love, passion, and enthusiasm are powerful ingredients—they really can work magic. ✨🍴❤️

Just a little note to all my lovely clients to say thank you so much for booking my catering services ❤️

Summer finally made an appearance today, which means garden party season is officially here ☀️

If you’re thinking about summer gatherings, please try to give me at least 2 weeks’ notice for special menu requests — whether that’s scallops in the shell, marinated lamb chops, that famous Asian Niçoise salad with fresh tuna steak or my signature pistachio salmon, or of course a pavlova piled high with berries 😍

I’m here for all your summer catering needs until the end of July, before I head off for some hiking adventures and those magical August sunsets!

Cooking and eating are basically my two favorite life activities 🤗

When I travel, I usually do serious research on the restaurant scene (yes, spreadsheets and everything 😅). But recently I went to Madeira with zero research — very unusual behavior for me. Then, the night before my flight, my neighbor came over to offer to feed my cat while I was away… and guess what? He was from Madeira! 😍
So of course, a full list of the best restaurants magically appeared in my what’s app the same night. No escape — destiny wanted me to eat well.

And wow, I still remember their signature Black Scabbard fish with banana and passion fruit sauce 🤯I mean… fish with banana?! Who comes up with this? But somehow it works, and it works beautifully!

My next stop is Amsterdam. I’ve already done a bit of restaurant research (of course 😌), and it looks very exciting.
But if you have any recommendations, I’m always ready to expand my “must-eat” list — happily accepting food tips anytime ☺️🍽️

Getting ready for an event involves many parts — meeting with the client, planning the menu, designing the setup, sourcing ingredients, and arranging the necessary equipment.

After thorough preparation in the kitchen, we arrive at the client’s home, and that’s when the magic truly begins✨

If you talk to me for more than 3 minutes, you already know: I’m not just into food… I’m in a full-blown, committed relationship with it. ♥️ Discovering new spots, getting pleasantly shocked (rare, but it happens!), and sharing those “OMG you have to try this” moments with friends = my love language ♥️

The Original Menu has basically been my 10-year rollercoaster — equal parts joy, chaos, confusion, triumph, doubt, and the occasional “what am I even doing?” moment. I didn’t exactly wake up one day with a crystal-clear vision to join the food world… but now? I literally can’t imagine doing anything else.

What I am terrible at (and please forgive me 🙏) is actually recommending places often enough. And sharing is caring, right? So here we go — my latest delicious discoveries:

✔️ Wild Tavern — what started as a casual post-SPA stroll-in turned into a “why is everything so good?!” situation. Cozy and rugged in the heart of Notting Hill, with an exciting menu and a pistachio tiramisu that I’m still emotionally attached to 🥰

✔️ Berenjak — ordered takeaway because I was too lazy to leave the house (relatable content), and WOW. Persian flavours that fully surprised me. Now I need to go in person and order half the menu like a responsible adult ♥️

✔️ OMA — a lovely date at chaotic Borough Market turned into great memories, incredible sharing plates, and service that made me consider moving in ♥️

✔️ Kinkally — pre-theatre dinner that accidentally delivered the best aubergines of my life (yes, LIFE). Cozy vibes, perfect for a slow evening, plus amazing Georgian wine 🥰

✔️ The Loch & The Tyne — my all-time favourite Sunday roast by the one and only Adam Handling. Five visits so far, zero regrets, infinite happiness. If you’re ever in Windsor, don’t think — just book ♥️

I’ll definitely be back (to all of them… repeatedly… for research purposes, obviously).

PRO TIP: make wise restaurant choices. A tiny bit of research = paying the bill with a happy, satisfied smile instead of silent financial grief ♥️

Borough market ♥️

The most colourful and delicious spot in London! I always bring visiting friends here to show them one of the city’s most vibrant food destinations 🤗

I come for special ingredients like Ogleshield cheese from Neal’s Yard, the juiciest passion fruit from the fruit stall, coffee from Monmouth, oysters paired with amazing English sparkling wine, and the unforgettable Sabih ♥️

This market truly has it all 🤗 One of my absolute favourite places in London 🥰

Is catering really that expensive? 🤔

In the video, I show the ingredients for three types of canapés. (Veggies, packaging, and other small things didn’t fit into the reel 😄)

Now add everything the video doesn’t show:

- at least 3 hours of prep
- a professional waiter managing timing and presentation
- delivery, setup, styling, and cleanup
- and up to 4 hours on-site, where everything needs to go flawlessly

So if just the ingredients cost £75 - how much should a service cost that includes taste, atmosphere, coordination, and the peace of mind that it’ll all be perfect? 🍽️

When they say "it's urgent," I'm already halfway to the shops 😉
Whipped up chic canapés for 35 guests in just 4.5 hours - and somehow managed to keep my nerves intact. Panic isn't really my style!

Please, don’t try this… unless you’re ready to dream about them every night. 😏

The first time I tried aubergine rolls in Georgia, I was hooked. Every restaurant had its own take, and I wanted to create my own - bringing together the best of them. The result? Two versions: one hot and oozing with cheese 🧀, the other cool and delicate, with a velvety chicken mousse and a hint of nuts. 🌰

Since then, no menu has been complete without them. Clients always say the same thing: “We’re happy to try something new, but the rolls - those have to stay.”

And honestly, who could argue with that? 😉 Try them once, and you’ll understand.
