Today’s a really sad day for all of us at the Waverley Arms as we say goodbye to Matilda on her last day!

We’re genuinely gutted to see her leave, but also absolutely delighted that she’s landed such a brilliant new opportunity — it’s so well deserved, and we know she’s going to smash it. She’s been a huge part of the team and the pub won’t be the same without her.

(Matilda didn’t want a photo posted… so you’re all getting this heartfelt announcement instead 🤷‍♂️)

If you’d like to give her a proper send-off, we’ll be having leaving drinks at the pub from 7pm next Tuesday 🍻
