Trini Caribbean Catering is a family run business which prides itself on quality great tasting food. Based in Waltham Abbey in Essex we cover a large area including Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Our food is based on dishes from the Caribbean including the islands of Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and Jamaica. All our meats are marinated overnight so the fl

avour is absorbed and then it is Barbequed, Baked, Curried or Stewed to perfection. We can provide everything you need for your event including Chafing Dishes to keep your food hot, plates and cutlery, staff and much more. We provide many different types of services from including buffet waiter service, drop off in foil containers and buffet self service. We pride ourselves on high standards and have strict food safety policies.
