We had the pleasure of supporting New Scientist as they celebrated their 70th birthday, working with our agency partner Tigerlike, and we were delighted to be chosen as the preferred AV partner for the evening.
The Science Museum Museum provided a particularly fitting setting for such a milestone, with the evening beginning with a reception in the Space gallery before guests moved through to the IMAX: The Ronson Theatre for the presentations.
Afterwards, guests returned to the Space gallery for the evening reception, bringing the celebration full circle.
equip provided the technical production across both spaces, working closely with Tigerlike, New Scientist and the Science Museum teams throughout the evening.
One of the things we value most about working at the Science Museum is how collaborative the delivery always is. From security helping ensure smooth access and deliveries, to the events team acting as the link between suppliers and venue operations, through to the IMAX team, Science Museum Events Blue Strawberry and everyone else involved - every stakeholder has a positive part to play in making the event work.
That collaborative approach is one of the reasons we genuinely love working at the Science Museum.
