Arepa, Eggplant Sambal, Bergamot Labneh.

It wouldn’t feel like Scully without our famous arepas. Made from fermented ground maize dough, left to develop over eight days before being fried until golden and served with Chef Scully’s mum’s eggplant sambal and a bright bergamot labneh.

A dish born by accident, now a staple on both our Signature and Vegan Tasting Menus.

Duck Doughnut, Long Pepper Caramel, Yum Som O Salad.

A sweet paprika-crusted doughnut filled with confit duck, coated in crispy duck skin and topped with duck pastrami. Served alongside a zingy Thai-inspired yum som o salad with fresh pomelo, sugar snaps, Thai basil and caramelised coconut. Finished with a long pepper caramel for a little heat and sweetness.
