Negroni Month has arrived at Solaya.

From 22 September to 24 October, explore a specially curated selection of Negroni serves, from mini Negronis to full-sized classics with a Solaya twist.

Take a seat at the Sgroppino trolley for our signature Negroni Sgroppino, made tableside with No.3 Gin, Campari, lemon sorbet and prosecco. Or discover Al Lambrusco, with strawberry Campari and Lambrusco, and Black Forest, a rich combination of orange apéritif, dark cherry and cacao.

And for those who want to go behind the bottle, join us on 24 September for The Art of Negroni with No.3 Gin - an immersive one-hour experience exploring the craft and character behind one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.

Taste a selection of distillates, discover how each one shapes a Negroni, then blend and bottle your own bespoke No.3 Gin Negroni to take home, with a welcome cocktail and canapés included.
