So… I had a starring role on Inside the Factory with Cherry Healey last night (which was NOT as awkward as I thought it was going to be) showing how we make marshmallows and chatting through their surprisingly ancient history (an Egyptian cure for sore throats, I’ll have you know)

It was all filmed in our bakery (which has never looked more sparkly) Cherry was an absolute joy to spend time with: warm, curious and completely generous with her enthusiasm. She asked brilliant questions and genuinely wanted to understand the secrets of the marshmallow which, as you can imagine, I was very happy to talk about!
