It always brings me so much joy to talk about my journey with Panadera, especially with the wonderful Jimi Famurewa

A huge thank you to The Guardian for taking the time to share our story.

Five years ago, I opened Panadera in a little corner of London, at a time when Filipino flavours were still unfamiliar to many. Today, Panadera has found its home in the heart of London, in my dream location of Soho. It is a truly full circle moment for me and our whole team.

Finding the balance between the familiar and the unexpected has been my life’s work, and being able to express that in a space of my own feels like the start of something very special.
