Traditionally in Thailand, Khao Soi is garnished with pickled mustard greens🇹🇭

At Khao Bird, we love creating things in-house. From our own pickles to other small details here and there.

That means swapping the traditional garnish for our house-pickled fennel, infused with turmeric.

Same roots, just a little twist of our own.
