Our Chef Director of Sexy Fish, Bjoern Weissgerber joined Caprice back in 2016 for the launch of Sexy Fish London and has more recently led the kitchen across the pond at Sexy Fish Miami.

Having worked at some of the greatest restaurants of all time - El Bulli, Arzak, Mugartiz and French Laundry his tremendous diversity has given him an extraordinary range of skills – from traditional to modern, from German to French, from creatively experimental to Japanese contemporary. He had his own Michelin star at the tender age of 27 when he was running Ca’s Puers in Mallorca in 2002.
