L’Oud Des Eurasie marks Executive Chef and Owner, Sharmin Baksh’s, debut on the London dining scene. Sharmin trained at The Cordon Bleu and brings many years of experience with her – both managing restaurants and at the stove – including a stint running destination restaurant, The Pavillion Mall, in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Her passion for all things Middle Eastern has taken Sharmin on extended travels researching the spices, ingredients and culinary methods of the Middle East. Combining her learnings with a love of fresh, locally-sourced British ingredients, L’Oud Des Eurasie was born. To L’Oud Des Eurasie, Sharmin brings the subtlety and elegance of a woman’s touch. And equally, as a mother of five, she infuses the experience with an inevitable air of cocooning, from the minute you enter.
