2 Dinners 1 Lunch Pop up dining event above The Gowlett pub from chefs Alan Stewart and Henry Russell. to offer a selection of wines to go with the food.

In conjunction with The Gowlett pub, two chefs, Alan Stewart (ex Manson, Launceston Place, Chez Bruce) and Henry Russell (ex Manson, Hibiscus) and one set decorator, Laura Marsh, will be offering up a fun food feast for enthusiastic diners on the 8th, 9th and 10th March. 2 Dinners 1 Lunch will be based around the use of some of Britain’s finest mutton. Supplied and aged by The Butchery Ltd in Bermondsey, the two chefs will be utilising the different cuts of meat to produce an array of dishes during the weekend. Fear not, the menu will not just be about meat but also about showing off skilfully prepared, seasonal British produce. The Gowlett’s owner, Jonny, will find time away from curing and smoking his own meat and fish (and running the pub of course...) Laura, with her experience in dressing television and film sets, will be changing the space above the pub from an exhibition space into a dining room. Service will be guided by Laurie Stewart (Alan’s sister, ex Brunswick House, la Trompette ). Come drink, eat and be merry. Tickets are £35 for any of the three sittings, which include a cocktail and snacks, three courses and plenty of fun.
