24 hours of client hosting in…..Helsinki.
Our founder, Alex Head and team took two of our venue clients to Helsinki to see our Social Pantry chef Arshia in action on her kitchen stage at Nolla where she is learning about zero-waste dining practices.
Nolla is globally recognised for its approach to sustainability and we’ve loved learning from them and working with the team since 2022.
During the 24 hours they experienced the city’s incredible culture, food scene, and hospitality first-hand. After getting the train into the city they enjoyed 5 o’clock champagne at a natural wine bar they enjoyed a 6 course, pairing menu at Nolla.
The second day started with an ice plunge and sauna and a walk through the market halls followed by lunch at the brilliant restaurant, Elm. Before jumping back on the plane, they managed to fit in a quick tram ride to the central library.
It was 24 hours that reminded us why we love hosting people somewhere new - good food, good company, and a city that made it easy.
