A thick and juicy patty made with home-ground beef cooked over a grill. There is nothing better, and boy do the guys at BURGER LAB do a damn good job. Full of flavour and punching way above their weight, these thick and juicy grilled burgers are the cats pyjamas. Get a bit of extra bacon and cheese it never dissappoints.

HIX’s Fishdog has been on the road for the last 3 years in a vintage buttermilk 1971 Citroen H Van and now they have made Pump Shoreditch their home. Get your hands on one before they are gone.
