1. Harissa glazed pork ribeye, with butternut squash & harissa mash, green beans and parsely oil 🐷🐷
2. Chicken supreme, with creamed potato and Chasseur sauce 🐔🍗
3. Roasted celeriac & truffle ravioli 🍝🍝
4. Venison bolognese, with truffle oil and crispy onions 🦌🦌
5. Roast pumpkin and beetroot salad, served with rainbow chard, harissa & chilli dressing with toasted seeds 🎃🎃
