Babka is an Eastern European pastry that originated in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 18th century. Our version takes all of the components of a traditional babka to the next level, starting with our brioche dough which we make from scratch. Our chocolate babkas are filled with a full slathering of premium and sprinkled with on top for contrast in both texture and flavor. Each week we offer 3 unique flavor combinations to choose from. ⁠
