Saikindō at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island (Abu Dhabi, UAE) designed by AvroKO / lighting design by Nulty

Saikindō is a Japanese Hi‑Fi bar at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, reimagining the listening bar for a global audience through sound, craft, and narrative. Hidden behind a fashion atelier, the design fuses Metabolism‑inspired geometry, analog music culture, and Bōsōzoku spirit.

Layered rooms, tactile materials, acoustics, and the warmth of analog sound shape an immersive journey balancing intimacy, performance, and contemporary luxury.

Nice Bun at Grand House (Khobar, Saudi Arabia) designed by Lines

Lines envisioned Nice Bun as the definitive flagship for a future burger chain, we needed a space that avoids the cold, clinical aesthetic typical of modern fast-food joints.

The resultant design walks a fine line between past and present, delivering an upscaled iteration of the classic retro diner style infused with contemporary refinement. Rich walnut woods introduce a luxurious warmth, grounding the intricate mosaic tiling and deep blue 3D sculptural ceramic tiles that showcase the brand’s identity.

MEI at at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam (Dubai, UAE) designed by 4SPACE Design

MEI is a luxurious Asian restaurant within the Jumeirah Mina A’Salam Hotel. The brief called for a space that could transition from day to night, restaurant to lounge, blending intimacy and openness through cultural storytelling, architectural clarity, and duality, all within one seamless, sophisticated hospitality journey and a stunning outdoor terrace offering iconic views of the Burj Al Arab.

Cleaverman at Arizona Center (Phoenix, USA) designed by Petermax

Cleaverman reinterprets the heritage steakhouse for a modern audience, aiming for gravitas without cliché. Drawing from mid-century Chicago and New York dining rooms, the palette takes cues from marbled steak; oxblood, burgundy, walnut, leather, and veined stone, while bronze and brushed brass catch the warm, even light. Draped velvet, a curved bar, and sculptural column uplights define the room, with Hopper-inspired artwork adding narrative depth.

CÉ LA VI (Singapore, Singapore) designed by Prospect Design International

The design of CÉ LA VI is a theatrical experience enhanced with a mirror-stretched ceiling and state-of-the-art lighting. Traditional hand-turned and carved trunks surround the onyx cocktail bar, while the PDR features botanical wallpaper and an elaborate wine cellar. A striking bar dresses the reimagined rooftop terrace, featuring a bespoke canopy in the shape of Singapore’s national flower, with a façade that mimics the stem: structured, vertical, elegant.
